For the past 12 years Bret and I have been cruising on various cruise lines and have used a couple of different agents in helping us plan our vacations. When Dina, with CD 105.9 told me about Cruise Planners, it prompted me to give you a call. I would have never expected the service that you provided for me and my entire group of friends that were on the Adventure of the Seas with Royal Caribbean.
From the first day we contacted Cruise Planners, you and Laura have been so helpful with details and suggestions, which made our group very comfortable with our decision to go with Cruise Planners. The group included 7 couples in which some had cruised before and most had not. Everyone was very impressed with the professionalism and service you provided. Now, we still had not met face to face, so we invited you and Laura to our “pre cruise party” and guys actually took the time, on a Friday night to hand deliver our documents and gave us all last minute tips. We have never had that type of service in the past. In fact, most agencies would have asked us to come into their place of business to pick up our cruise documents or would have mailed them to us.
